Stephen G. Swanson, MD, FACOG

Dr. Swanson, President and owner of Women's Clinic of Lincoln, PC, has provided care for women in the Lincoln community for over 30 years. He received his medical degree from the University or Nebraska Medical Center in 1973 and completed his residency program in 1977. He became board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1979. He has training and experience in many areas including, gynecologic urology, high-risk obstetrics, and surgical techniques and procedures, to name a few. Dr. Swanson has served on many boards in the medical community and belongs to numerous local and national medical organizations. He has clinical interest is female urology, hormone replacement therapy and clinical research trials. Dr. Swanson enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and working with his horses.

James J. Maly, MD, FACOG

Dr. Maly, Vice-President and owner of Women's Clinic of Lincoln, PC has provided care for women for over 28 years. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1976 and completed his residency program at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City in 1981. He became board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1983. He has training and experience in infertility and endocrinology, high risk obstetrics, and robotic surgery to name a few. Dr. Maly belongs to many local and national medical organizations. He has clinical interest in minimally invasive female surgery and infertility. He has performed laparoscopic procedures since the mid 90's and was the first in the area to perform a single incision laparoscopic hysterectomy in 2009. He also performed the first robotic GYN surgery in the Lincoln area in 2005. Dr. Maly enjoys spending time with his family, going to the lake, and golfing.

Mary "Molly" Snow, BSN, APRN

Molly Snow has practiced at Women's Clinic since 1991 and was the first Nurse Practitioner to join the team. Molly completed her Women's Health Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner Training Program in 1986 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas, Texas. Molly earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree at Midland Lutheran College in 1992. Before joining Women's Clinic, she practiced at a clinical setting in Omaha, where she currently resides. Molly has advanced training which allows her to perform the Colposcopy procedure. She also enjoys teaching young women about all aspects of women's health and managing menopause issues for older women. When she is not caring for patients, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the ball field or lake and golfing.

Paula Railsback, APRN

Paula Railsback has provided patient care at Women's Clinic since 1993. She completed her Women's Health Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner Training Program in 1983 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas, Texas. Paula has previous experience at a clinical setting in Omaha where she worked as a Nurse Practitioner for 9 years. Paula enjoys working with teens and young women to teach them all aspects of women's health care. She often speaks at local high schools to educate students on changes they are experiencing and good health habits for young women. In her free time, Paula enjoys working with her horses and tending to her yard.

Jeri Tegtmeier, APRN

Jeri Tegtmeier Director of Obstetrics, has been caring for pregnant patients at Women's Clinic since 1996. Jeri became a Registered Nurse in 1980 at Newman's School of Nursing in Emporia, Kansas and then worked as the Head Nurse of Obstetrics/Gynecology/Outpatient Surgery in Beatrice. She continued her education at the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she completed her Women's Health Care Advance Nurse Practitioner Training in 1996. Following her true passion for Obstetrics, Jeri joined Women's Clinic. In her free time, Jeri enjoys reading, golf, spending time with her grandchild and cheering on the Jayhawks and the Wildcats as she lives in Kansas.

Jackie Oden, APRN

Jackie Oden has cared for patients at Women's Clinic since 1990, first as a Registered Nurse and now as a Nurse Practitioner. She attended Bryan School of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse in 1982. She continued her education at the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she completed her Women's Health Care Advance Nurse Practitioner Training in 1998. Jackie previously worked as a nurse in surgery. She is certified in Women's Health and Reproductive Endocrinology. Jackie's clinical interest includes working with Infertility patients to help them achieve pregnancy, but she also cares for Obstetric and Gynecologic patients. Jackie assists the physicians in surgery at the hospitals. Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her children and family.

Pamela U. Gillaspie, BS, APRN

Pam Gillaspie has practiced at Women's Clinic as a Registered Nurse since 1991 and a Nurse Practitioner since 1999. Pam earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1986. She then completed her Women's Health Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner Training Program at the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, Texas in 1999. Prior to joining the team, Pam worked as a nurse in surgery and as an instructor at local colleges. She specializes in perimenopause, menopause and hormone therapy. She often speaks at meetings in the community to help educate women on these issues. When she is not at work, Pam likes to travel with her husband and spend time with her children and grandchild.

Barbara Morton, BSN, APRN

Barb Morton joined the Women's Clinic team in 2002 as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in counseling. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing in 1973 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. She continued her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1980 at the North Dakota College of Medicine in Grand Forks. Barb has worked as a counselor for over 20 years before joining Women's Clinic team. As a Nurse Practitioner, she is able to help patients with counseling and prescribe medication if necessary. A cancer survivor herself, Barb also has a strong interest in helping patients deal with a new diagnosis of cancer. In her free time, Barb enjoys collecting antiques and spending time with her family.

Courtney Sams, MSN, APRN

Courtney Sams has been part of the Women's Clinic team since 2003. She primarily works in the obstetrics department, but she also cares for GYN patients. Courtney earned her Masters in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2003. She also became Certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Courtney has experience as a labor and delivery nurse at a local hospital and also has been an graduate level instructor in women's health at UNMC. Her clinical interest is obstetric care focusing on health promotion and education for a healthy pregnancy. She also has an interest in depression and anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum. When she is not caring for pregnant patients, she enjoys caring for gynecologic needs for young women. Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys raising her boys, going to the lake, and spending time with her husband.

Jodi Wegner, MSN, APRN

Jodi Wegner has been a part of Women's Clinic since 1999 when she began working as a Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics Department after graduating from Bryan School of Nursing. She currently cares for GYN patients and serves as the lead GYN Nurse Practitioner. Jodi earned her Masters of Nursing and became Certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner in 2004 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Jodi's clinical interests include breast care and genetic counseling both of which she has advanced training. She works diligently to promote breast health in our Comprehensive Breast Care Center. In her free time, Jodi loves being a Mom to her two children, spending time with her husband and being outdoors playing volleyball and softball.

Andrea Davis, MSN, APRN

Andrea joined the Women's Clinic team in 2010. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. While earning her degree, she completed a clinical rotation at Women's Clinic working together with their Nurse Practitioners to provide patient care. Andrea's medical skills and passion for women's health proved to be a great fit for Women's Clinic. She is certified in Women.s Health Care and is available to provide patient care in the obstetric and gynecologic departments a few days a week. Andrea also works in the Clinical Research department coordinating studies and completing patient visits. Prior to joining our team, Andrea worked as a Registered Nurse in hospital settings where she primarily provided care for post-surgical patients. A Nebraska native, Andrea and her husband Brandon reside in Lincoln. They enjoy spending time with their friends and family including three children.

Family Health Care Center
Svjetlana Dziko, MD

Dr. Dziko, Director of Family Health Care Center, has been with the practice since 2004. She completed her medical degree at the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia in 1982 and her OB/GYN residency program at the Medical Center Travnik General Hospital, Bosnia in 1990. She then traveled to the US where she completed her family practice residency program at Lincoln Family Practice Program in 2004. She became board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians in 2004. Dr. Dziko belongs to many local and national medical organizations. She is fluent in Bosnian and German. Her clinical interest includes obstetrics and caring for children. Dr. Dziko's background and experience allows her to assist in providing care for obstetric patients at Women's Clinic. She enjoys dancing and spending time with her family and friends.

Rachel A Blake, MD

Dr. Blake has practiced at Family Health Care Center since 2007. She earned her medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2002 and completed her family practice residency program at Lincoln Family Medical Program in 2005. She became board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians in 2005. Dr. Blake has previous experience through the Nebraska Army National Guard including a deployment to Iraq in 2005 and Valley County Health Systems in Ord, Nebraska. Her clinical interests include providing care for all members of the family and Military Medicine. Dr. Blake enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, biking and playing with her children.

Jennifer Smith, MSN, APRN

Jennifer Smith joined Women's Clinic in 2002 where she cared for patients in a variety of areas through 2006. After working at both locations from 2004-2006 she moved to the Family Health Care Center location only in 2006. Jennifer began her professional education at Valparaiso University, College of Nursing where she earned her Bachelors in Nursing degree in 1997. She then completed her education at the University of Arizona, College of Nursing in 2001 where she earned her Masters in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus. Jennifer became certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2001. Before joining the team, Jennifer worked as a registered nurse in many medical settings and also as an instructor at a local university. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer has a true passion for providing well-rounded, holistic care. When she is not at the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters.

Kelli Kodad, PA-C

Kelli Kodad joined the team at Family Health Care Center when it opened in 2004. She stared her medical education at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where she completed her Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Psychology, Biology and Chemistry in 1994. She then continued her studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha where she completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 1998. She became Certified as a Physicians Assistant in 1998. Prior to joining the team, Kelli provided care for patients in the Lincoln community in an Internal Medicine practice. Kelli's clinical interest includes Diabetes and Gestational Diabetes. In her free time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her children and riding horses with her family.
